I've had them repair the furnace and install an AC and furnace. At my house, I've also had them. Install an ACN furnace at my son's house and they do a great job. They are very caring and careful, and they are take the time to explain everything fully to you. Matt and John I believe their names were came in today and did it at my son's house. They were quick, efficient and clean, and it's working. Great, thanks to them, and to the company.

United once again provided great service from Mary the dispatch person and Lee the technician. United went above and beyond to take care of my elderly in-laws furnace when it wasn’t working. It is refreshing to have an HVAC company who pays their technicians hourly/salary and the technicians are not incentivized by commission structures to sell the customers new equipment.
