We recently bought our house and the previous owners used United. We had an issue come up with our HVAC and Paul was out the same day and fixed the issue. Very happy with Paul and United Heating and Cooling.

We have used United for years and are always pleased with how thorough and knowledgeable they are! We had services performed today and our service tech informed us on multiple ways to prolong our unit etc. We will continue to use them to service our heating & cooling!
Once we pinned them down on the necessity for United to address the issue, they identified the necessary repair and fixed it in less than an hour.
Jeremy was fantastic. We thought we had the issue solved but quickly sound out we were still not getting hot water. He further diagnosed the situation and even though it took two extra trips and multiple tries, he was persistent and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Jeremy went the extra mile for us and we couldn’t be more thankful.
The technician was very polite, he answered all of my questions and the issue was resolved quickly.
