We’ve used United for years, on time, efficient, polite, & clean - they keep our heating, cooling, and plumbing working
United was fantastic with their handling of trouble shooting a strong natural gas smell in my house. Came out the day I called them. Had to turn off gas (so no heat or hot water when below freezing outside). Ended up being a problem with the exhaust vent on the roof. They came & fixed that the next day. Technicians were courteous & quick, and answered all of my questions. Very happy with this service call & the technicians.
Technician Chris L. was great and very informative. Took time to explain the problem with my humidifier and fixed the wiring promptly. He had excellent customer service and he left a satisfied customer looking forward to the next sevice call!
