We were very pleased with our experience with United. Our furnace stopped working a few days ago (the day after a giant snowstorm with temperatures in the single digits). A different company came out and quoted a ridiculous price of $32,000 to replace a single furnace! They obviously sensed our desperation with the frigid temperatures. So, I called United to get a second bid, and John was very prompt to come out later that morning. He quoted us $6000 for the exact same high efficiency unit. ... Read more
