My heat stopped working on a Sunday. I called to see if I could have a tech come out. Sean reached out and said he could be there in approx 40 minutes. Once at the house, he diagnosed, repaired the issue and got my system up and working quickly. I found him friendly and very knowledgeable.

Furnace wasn’t heating house during extremely cold weather. United came out same day I called and had to get a replacement part, but was able to get it and had the furnace working properly in just a few hours!! The technician who came out, Ben, was very friendly and helpful.
