Just wanted thank Ben, my tech, for going above and beyond the line of duty to help me out and provide outstanding service. When my tech got stuck and couldn't make it, he called me to let me know that, and when he learned I'd been without heat for 3 days he said that's too much, he'd be over. He got through the snow and did a great job. It's employees like Ben that makes United shine. It's why lve been with United 25 years. Thank you.
