This company installed our HVAC when our house was built a year ago. I had them out for a bid on zoning for our basement and it took 3 calls to even get them here. They said they would get back the next day with a bid. After 5 phone calls, still nothing. I will no longer use this company for poor customer service. I have now been using Lees. Summit Heating and Air Cond and they have amazing customer service.

This company runs a scam by saying you get a 10 year warranty on your HVAC equipment and then overcharging labor and freon and a service call to make the trip worth it on a warranty call. The tech admits that 2 years ago the tech that added freon screwed up and they have let him go. Instead of stepping up and correcting the mistake they double down and stand their ground on their mess up! I'm a newbie to United. I just had my first annual HVAC tune-up from United. My tech was Eli Henley, and I'll be asking for him again next year. Eli was friendly, professional, on time, clean, tidy, knowledgeable, considerate, just a pleasure to do business with. If Eli is indicative of the types of technicians United has on its team, I'll be a long-time customer! Awesome work, Eli!!!
