5 stars for Kristoper, my sales rep. The teams that did the installation and the quality of the materials. Thought out the process Kristoper was easy to reach and stayed in touch and always remain professional. A star is lost because after the installation I discovered my HVAC system didn't work. It was determined nails have punctured the copper line carrying freon. This resulted in a high repair bill. Freon isn't cheap. The team that did my roof replacement were very good at what they did. Everyone knew what they had to do and completed in a timely manner. They did a good job on clean up. My only beef is that when they removed the turbines and the rain diverters in the valleys, they just threw them away. I wasn't asked if I wanted them and whether I wanted the diverters to be put back. A minor nit but I just wanted to mention that. Otherwise, and overall great job.
