He documented the damage and explained the entire process for filing the claim with the insurance. He also met with the adjuster representing our needs.             Juan came and did an inspection, gave me an estimate for replacement, but said there was hail damage. he suggested filing an insurance claim and assisted with that as well. It made the whole process, easy, and straight forward.
