Our insurance originally only approved 30 shingles for replacement, but Mark assured us that this happens all the time, told us about the "brittle test" and SC state law that enabled us to get the whole roof replaced due to the fragility of the existing shingles. I had a great experience with United Roofing. They were doing some work in my neighborhood and they came asking if I had already my roof inspected after a hail storm. I booked the inspection and Juan Serna came and showed me photos and videos of the damage. He explained everything with details and guided me through the insurance claim process.
