I had a new front entrance and door replaced. Everone I encountered through the process was professional and easy to work with. The installers arrived early and the project was complete in 2 hours. They cleaned up everything before they left. My door and entrance is beautiful! I don't have any drafts and know I am saving on my heating costs. The door and windows are high quality, the installers were skilked and efficient, and I received great customer service all around. Will use Universal again... Read more

We had all our windows and doors replaced by Universal Windows Direct of Manchester on 11/12/25 and it was a very positive experience. We had a salesman come out to show us samples as well as go over all costs of the project. He was very friendly, professional and provided a great deal of detail and information for us. By the end of our discussion, my wife and I had a clear understanding of their products, project costs and timeline. We decided to move forward and so glad we did. It took about 6... Read more

Their team was always on time, precise with their measurements, and worked diligently every day while we snapped photos to share with our family. It has been 9 months now since I had my vinyl siding project completed. I like to make sure the product meets my expectations before writing a review. I could not be happier with the entire process and the end result. Our project was done in February with so much snow and a big storm 2 days prior. Michael the project manager addressed my concerns of trying to get in and out of the driveway with all of their equipment. He literally brought someone in to clear a safe parking area and easy access ... Read more
