We chose UWD, Machester NH, because of the quality of the ProVia door and a competitive price, which also included 2 windows. But the product is only as good as the installers. And I'm one of those people who watch all critical points of the tear out and installation. Update: They have fixed the handle issue. I’ve updated from 4 to 5 stars! Everything about working with Universal Windows Direct was very easy. Everyone was on time and very personable and professional. The only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is that the handle on the inside of the door is pretty close to the door, so if you have big hands, you can’t fit it on the whole handle. I haven’t contacted them about it, because I really don’t think there is anything they can do about it now.
