They showed up on time and were extremely polite and explained what they would be doing. Kaspars was excellent in the work and explaining and making sure I knew how everything worked and that I was completely satisfied. I look forward to having the rest of my windows done. Thank you for the experienced people I've met from the Sales Rep who very patiently worked with me to the installers.
