Initially we were planning on just getting a quote for replacing our windows but after the discussion with their representative, we decided to replace the siding as well. The project manager was awesome and was in constant communication with us throughout the project. The window team moved like wildfire and had the old windows out and replaced in a day. The siding team was excellent as well and they took the time to do the project correctly and thoroughly. We were really impressed with their... Read more

We are very happy with the work Universal Windows Direct has done at our home. We had our siding replaced, added gutters, and replaced one of our windows as well. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable about the process, and our project manager was great at communicating all the details and timing. Quality product and people! My husband and I love the way our house looks and we would definitely recommend this company.

It's not often that a contractor or business fully exceeds my expectations, but that's what Universal Windows Direct of Manchester did. I needed a triple 3-foot French door replaced, but the tricky thing was that mine was 78" tall, not the standard 80" tall. No problem! They came and measured right away and gave me an expected delivery/installation date out a few weeks -- then delivered a couple of weeks ahead of schedule and the price was honestly quite a bit less than I expected!
