Old review: We got our bay window, storm and patio doors and skylight done with them. Everything went well, they were able to install ahead of the schedule. The installers were good. We are happy with the installation process and the materials. The only thing (which is very small but it was promised to us) is that someone (a project manager) from the main office was going to oversee the installation and be present during the installation to make sure everything is done properly. Universal did a nice job on my windows. I had two windows that had internal rot. The installers fixed the rot and replaced the windows. My windows look and work great.

I had all the windows replaced in my mobile home and was amazed how quickly they worked to get 14 windows installed! Less than a day. All the workers were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. They arrived about 7:15am and were done by 2pm. They cleaned up everything afterwards and double checked everything.
