Universal Windows was professional and kept in communication with the process. The installers of my slider were contentious in the process and cleaned up everything afterwards. I was very happy with my experience with Universal Windows of Manchester.

Their salesman Alex was great, would recommend anyone considering Windows works with this company. Price wasn't the cheapest but wasn't the most expensive either. Quality windows and a very thorough installation / warranty.

We love our new windows, they are beautiful and so easy to clean. Our salesman Alex was great, he went over everything with us and answered all our questions. The installation of the windows went smooth and fast and they cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased 😄
