Alex gave us a detailed explanation of the Universal window and how the project will flow once Bob, the project manager, measured the window openings and ordered them from Universal Windows Direct. Universal Windows Direct just finished installing 21 windows for me. The whole experience was excellent. Alex, with the sales team, did a great job showing/ explaining the windows we would be purchasing. From there the windows were measured, ordered, and installed in a timely fashion by an excellent crew!
