Had a great experience with them! Upgraded to a bay window and it came out amazing! Trevor made the initial meeting and ordering process very easy, Kevin did an amazing job on the install and Bob was great at keeping us up to date on getting the window installed. I highly recommend them and plan on going back to do the rest of our windows!

The gentlemen that actually came to do the work and put the skirting around my house were fantastic. Got it done in a timely manner. They occasionally had a girl with them that would stand around not doing anything and have random people come in and out of my driveway. That made me feel uneasy. The guys did a great job though!

Hello Sabrina, the woman you are describing is Carla and she was your job supervisor. As explained we have supervisors on every project. Her sole responsibility was to ensure your job was completed in a timely fashion and to make sure everything ran smoothly. We had a number of projects going on so we apologize if there were multiple people on and off your property. We always try to maximize our resources especially during our busiest time of year. We would have loved if you had called the office, as we would never want our customers to feel uncomfortable. We do appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear you are pleased with the finished product, it did come out beautiful. Thank you for choosing us. All the best, Team UWD

Highly recommend. We worked with Alex as our salesman, he was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. The people who came to install our windows were professional and hard working. Everyone I talked to within the company was wicked nice and made the experience quick and easy.

I just moved to the state into an antique home built in the 1700s, and I quickly discovered that all the windows in the house needed to be replaced due to draft issues, critter access and finding black mold in a few spots. I put out inquiries with a few larger window, companies, and Universal Windows Direct followed up immediately to get a consult setup. I’m not one to make immediate decisions for large purchases but by the time I got done talking with Alex I felt confident in moving forward. Th... Read more
