The salesman, Alex was very professional and a very nice young man. He was on time, explained all the work that was to be done and left me feeling very good about the decision I made. I ordered two storm doors. From start to finish, everything was great. Trevor in sales was awesome and extremely knowledgeable about what I wanted. I had a follow up call and Bob came out for measurements and the doors actually came in ahead of the scheduled time. The installation was set up and the crew came at the promised time and and didn't leave until everything was perfect. No mess, no stress. Couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend.

The crew showed up on time. I was impressed with the installation of 5 basement windows (including a dryer vent) and 2 dormer windows in a 3rd floor attic. With an old house you never know but they did a great job and it looks great. Cleaned up after the job. Very happy with the whole experience.

Universal Windows Direct was a delight to work with. They explained their product and process very well, they were extremely responsive when I needed them, and they completed the work quickly and professionally. We only did our second floor windows this time, but we will definitely use them again when we are ready to do our 1st floor.
