We have used universal twice now. In 2021 they replcaed18 windows in our home, they were done in two days and the windows were great. There was a manufacturer defect with one window which they noted during installation and repaired within a week. This year we had them replace the doors in our home. Again they were fast, professional, left a clean worksite and a finished product that looks and performs great.

Just purchased a new side entry door from these guys, and couldn’t be more satisfied with the knowledge and professionalism of of the sales rep, Trevor. I had a subpar experience with a previous installation company and working with Universal Windows Direct as been a breath of fresh air.

Sean Dodge phoned to introduce himself and his company. I met with Trevor, and later with Bob (Sales, and Operations Manager).
