I had a very positive experience working with Universal recently. I had them replace all of my windows and after researching and quoting several other companies, decided on Universal. Bob and everyone there know what they are doing. The windows are quality and a vast improvement over the old leaky windows I had. The installation was professional by experienced installers that worked fast and accurately. My place is now warmer, quieter and more comfy. Highly recommend!

We have previously used Universal Windows for installation of new outside window shutters & recently for installation of a new deck slider. From Alex in sales, Rebecca in the office & the installers all have been a pleasure to work with, professional & responsive. Prices were reasonable & it is great dealing with a local company. I would highly recommend.
