I had 16 windows recently replaced. The process was very easy. From the original meeting with Alec to the complete installation was exactly what I was told it would be, 6-8 weeks. The installers were great, they were very business like and had everything done within 4 hours and that includes capping all of the outside trim. This is the second time I have used Universal Windows Direct and I plan on using them in the future. They aren't the cheapest but I think they sell an excellent product ... Read more

The crew arrived on time, stripped and reinstalled my roof by 2:30 in the afternoon. They cleaned up everything and communication was great through the whole process. Customer service is over and above what I expected. Would highly recommend them!

Really enjoyed doing business with them. Sales was easy and spent all the time I needed to explain everything. Install guys were very professional and kept a very clean work site. Definitly worth the 5 stars.
