This was our last insurance roof replacement for 2024. We worked with Oklahoma Farm Bureau to get this roof replaced and also to get the funds released to the customer once the job was complete. 2 neighbors were having their their roof replaced the same day by other roofing contractors. They were almost half way finished when we were pulling out of the driveway because we had finished the job. More importantly, we replaced the roof to code and did a considerable amount of extra work for the customer, all at no additional cost to the customer.

This was one of our biggest projects of the year. It involved restoring a beautiful home by converting its worn out wood shakes to a very natural and high qusality Landmark shingle. It required doing a complete redeck in order to accomodate a different style of roof as well as the replacement of 2 skylights that were leaking.

We fixed the broken ventilation from the new construction roof this house had. We upgraded the customer from a cheap 3-tab TAMKO roof to a high quality heavy moire black Landmark architectural shingle. Even with all of the upgrades we built into out roof quote, our bid still came in under the other bidders. The property value has now increased.

The customer loved that we were so particular and exact about our ventilation requirements. The house previously had mixed ventilation from multiple exhaust vent sources. We corrected this by closing off the gable vents, the box vents, and installing exactly the amount of ridge vent to create the net free airflow required for the customer's attic square footage. Another great roof.

This was a fun project. Our team replaced the roof for Burnt Cabin Christian Camp. We installed the same high quality class 3 shingle we install on every house. The roof was leaking before we replaced it on one of the valleys. We solved the issue and prevented it from happening again. We also addressed the waviness of the decking that happened overtime as a result of underventilation.
