We installed Certainteed Landmark Weathered Wood for the customer with Cedar Crest Hip and Ridge. We also calculated and installed exactly the ventilation required by the exact attic space sq footage.
We squeezed in an emergency roof replacement for the property owner who lives in Houston. We're not always able to fit in last minute projects like this, but we do the best we can. We installed the same high quality architectural shingle we put on every home with calculated roof ventilation. We also installed Shadow Ridge shingles on the hips and ridge to qualify the customer for the 130 mph wind warranty at no extra cost to the customer. This is our standard. The neighbors were impressed with how efficiently the Up Armor team finished the project and how clean it was when we were finished.
We did a seal repair for the Tuckers to hold them over until they get their roof replaced later this year.
Tammy had some exposed decking from the recent wind storm that came through. We did a temporary repair for her for just $100 until State Farm pays for her roof.
We did an awesome reseal job for Steve and his family. All of his roof penetrations were starting to lost their protective bead of caulk covering their nails. We fixed all box vents, a furnace vent, and all plumbing boots. We are proud that we did a few thousand dollars of work for $100.
