Even with all of the upgrades we built into out roof quote, our bid still came in under the other bidders. The property value has now increased.
The customer loved that we were so particular and exact about our ventilation requirements. The house previously had mixed ventilation from multiple exhaust vent sources. We corrected this by closing off the gable vents, the box vents, and installing exactly the amount of ridge vent to create the net free airflow required for the customer's attic square footage.
