This was a fantastic way for our team to finish up the year. We don't prefer to replace roofs in the winter months, but we were able to replace this onw at the end of December because we used Landmark Climate Flex ClassIV and are made for cold weather installation.

We installed the heaviest and highest quality shingle. This customer got many free upgrades, one being upgraded ridge shingles qualifying for 130 mph wind warranty and ready for Oklahoma weather. Most importantly we installed a complete roof system made up of components designed to function as a system rather than the cheapest materials available.

Unfortunately, the original roof another roofer installed was only 5 years old and was failing miserably because of an original poor install and poor choice of shingle manufacturer (TAMKO). We installed the highest quality architectural and perfectly calculated and installed the correct intake and outtake vents. This wasn't cheap to do correctly but this family now has the best ventilated roof and the highest quality roof in the neighborhood.
