            Haven't directly dealt with 5 star but have been in after they have done remediation doing chimney repairs or routine maintenance and the home owner s have nothing but good things to say about 5 star from start to finish. Word of mouth after the fact has to be worth a ton, it's easy to complain about work after the crews have left and never heard a bad word.
