After shopping around for the best quote or the best company, we landed with Victors Home Solutions. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive. What helped make our decision was that the inspector that came to our house did an extremely thorough look at every inch of our roof, inside and out. Not one other company even looked at the roof. Within 48 hours of the quote, we had a beautiful new roof and a few days later, new gutters all around. Both the roof and gutter teams that came out were... Read more

Top-notch, from the inspection all the way thru the install/cleanup. Jake & Vlad were knowledgeable and friendly making it a pleasant experience. The concierge and scheduling teams were on top of everything and got our job handled quickly. Armando and the install team did a great job. They were fast, efficient and did an amazing job with cleanup. You’d never know they were here, except for our beautiful new roof! Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Thanks Victors... Read more

The whole process from initial inspection to installation was handled very professionally. The office communicated with me several time about some questions they had about ventilation and the attic. There was a misunderstanding about our attic, which was inspected at the outset but not included in the inspection notes. This added a little confusion to the job, but it was handled and the over-estimate was refunded to us promptly after payment was made. The job was done in less than a day and... Read more

Courteous, prompt, and professional all the way around. Keith was fantastic to work with and kept me in the loop on everything going on with the project while I was out of town. Even made time out of his day to come back and go over everything with me after the fact. Highly recommend!

UPDATED REVIEW - Updated from * when i was being ghosted by the project manager to **** when finally resolved. While I remain optimistic that the end product, the roof, is high quality and will stand the test of time, the installation process was not satisfactory. The install took longer than expected. Some extra time was expected given the size and scope of the job but an extra day was required due to failure to have and obtain sufficient material and communication about status was substantia...
