Victors provided excellent customer satisfaction. Luis was the project manager, and Noah was the crew leader. Steven was a great sales representative. Victors completed our roof in a timely fashion and communicated with us throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Victors and thank them for a great job.

Victor's Home Solutions was great to work with from start to finish. Xavier came to our house for the inspection and quoting process. He was very friendly and thorough. He came to visit us on Friday and my Tuesday our new roof was being installed. Luis, the project supervisor for our roof, kept us updated through-out the entire day. Appreciate him being so personable and professional. Overall we are happy with our new roof and the professionalism the entire Victor's team provided.

Final update : now I am re-updating this from three stars back to five stars because of the following: Two people contacted us over the weekend to make this right. They made an appointment for Monday and Dan (Alavina?) came out, inspected the whole roof, listened to our concerns, walked us through our attic, called the crew back out to fix some things, and the crew came out in two days and was able to resolve almost everything at no extra charge. And Dan kept calling to make sure we had no more ... Read more

Hi Eileen! We have checked to make sure this was escalated internally. Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. This is not a traditional experience for our homeowners. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that your experience was not ideal. If the appropriate people haven't reached out already, they will soon!

I had a great experience with Joshua on a repair to my roof. While not an overly huge job, Joshua was on time, professional, personable and walked me through what he was going to do and how long it was expected to take. When finished he reviewed pictures with me, walked me through final paperwork and on with our day. In this day and age of people not taking pride in customer service and their work it was a very refreshing experience. Thanks
