Deanne Orlando — review for Victors Home Solutions

Lance and Joseph came to our home to inspect our old gutters and roof. They climbed in the attic and on the roof, and shared videos and pictures of both our roof and gutters. An acceptable plan that we could afford was created. We appreciated their professionalism, and low pressure approach. They answered all of our questions clearly. (Who knew there were so many gutter options!) We're hoping the rest of our experience with Victor's Home Solutions is equally positive. We'll post again once the ... Read more

The representative I saw today, Mark Atzberger, was very thorough, and explained the process and materials very well. He was extremely professional, and stopped to make sure that we understood what he was saying, and that we did not have any questions. I would definitely recommend Mark. I am extremely comfortable with him and his team. The company is very high-quality.

It was a truly great shared experience with Victors professional team. The product, service, and especially the project team are just excellent. Don, the project manager, was particularly very responsive to our questions and requests throughout the job. The professionalism and politeness demonstrated by Don made the whole experience enjoyable. We feel this project clearly met our highest expectations. Job well done by all.

Just got our new roof from Victor's home solutions and the experience was great from the inspection with Dakota and Alejandro being very polite and personable, to the actual roof replacement with Luis the project manager keeping us informed throughout the project and Omar the crew leader with his great attention to detail and carefulness with all of our plants and landscaping! Would highly recommend!

We live in a double-wide trailer, 26'x70'. The salesman that came out for the free inspection was very informative, friendly. BUT...when he quoted us the price, AFTER all the discounts, we about fell out of our chairs: $30,000!! For a trailer?! Yeah, no thanks. We got THREE more quotes after that that were HALF the cost, offering the same discounts...and they all laughed and were flabbergasted by your "affordable quote" as well. ***Reply to the owner***: You won't find me in your system b... Hi Rae, thank you for this feedback, however, we do not seem to have you in our customer database. If we did perform a full inspection and quote for you, we would greatly appreciate if you would call our office and let us know your phone number or who our employee was so we may address this issue? If there was a misquote or training opportunity, we would like to take action immediately. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
