Devon from Victors Home Solutions was excellent to work with. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and very down-to-earth. Victor’s Home Solutions absolutely nailed it when they hired Alan. He came out today for a warranty project on my roof, and from the moment he arrived, he was upbeat, engaging, and incredibly professional. He walked me through the project, hopped up on the roof, diagnosed the issue quickly, and got right to work. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also went the extra mile to add additional protection against future ice/water damage. Throughout the entire visit, he was transparent, personab... Read more
