Zach S was wonderful! Very informative! Super good personality and focused!
Hi Laurie, thank you for your kind words about Zach, we will be sure to pass this feedback along. We appreciate you and your 5-stars.
Victor's did an amazing job on my roof! What I appreciate is that they were honest and didn't try to "sell me something" that I didn't need. Brian and Dakota did the initial inspection and pointed out (with PROOF!!) the problems I had with my roof. Then when it came to project day, Thomas made sure the crew were fast and efficient, but also did the job right. Very fair pricing, which I didn't mind because "cheap" is what gave me the problems with my roof that I had in the first place (whatever c... Read more
Hi Terrance, thank you for your 5-stars and for taking the time to leave this detailed review of your full experience with us! At Victors, we aim for transparency throughout the entire process and we are so glad that was 'nailed' down from the start with Brian and Dakota's inspection! Thanks for letting us know that you're loving your new roof. As far as the caller ID thing goes, I will be sure to pass this to the appropriate people to look into. Thank you very much for leaving us this review and letting us know!

(August 2024) My wife and I were chosen for Victor's Give Back! We were unable to get financing so we were going to save up for a year to get a down payment and raise our credit score. But we were contacted and they told us they were giving us a free roof! Amy O called us and made all the details extremely easy. She was kind and very understanding. She even brought tons of gifts for our pups. On the day of install, Jose Hernandez was the project manager. Jose kept me upda... Read more
Wow Aimée, this was a spectacular review to read. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to detail your full experience with us and for the very kind words about Donte. We love to give back to our communities and to give our homeowners the best experience possible and we thank you for your exceptional words about us and our integrity. We're here if you ever need anything else! Your review was worthy of 5-stars in and of itself, so thank you again. We really appreciate you.
The crew showed up promptly within the time frame I was given and got straight to work. They completed the project even sooner than I thought they would and I appreciated that the supervisor took me around the yard to ensure that everything was cleaned up and there was not one nail left in my yard. The whole process with Victor's was easy and transparent. If I ever had any roofing needs in the future I would use them again.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us such an excellent account of your experience with us! Thank you for your 5-stars and for choosing Victors for your needs.
