Sam Brooks was our representative and he was a very pleasant young man. I Felt like I was with family. He explained and presented every step and detail very well and showed the material that we would be purchasing. I personally like visuals that go along with the explanations and terms. He went beyond my expectations in all areas. Very respectable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Would like to add another review to thank Jake and the other gentleman from Victors Home Improvement Solutions. After having a new roof installed to my satisfaction, I noticed that a leak which was there before installation was still occurring. Jake came twice and actually climbed into the attic, and was able to pinpoint the problem which turned out to be connected to the HVAC system and not the roof. Thanks again.
