Overall we are happy with the service. My biggest concern was the amount of nails left on the ground after completion. I understand that with snow on the ground that some will get stuck in the ground and I am fine with that. However, the amount of nails that I picked up myself after the snow melted I feel was unacceptable. We have 2 dogs that are constantly in the yard. Dustin was very nice and professional. He did an excellent inspection of my roof and then thoroughly explained the process. I am not ready to commit to replacing the roof, but would feel very confident hiring this company
