Like others have mentioned, they will try to pressure sell you hard on the spot, and their first estimate price will be ridiculously high. After the inspection and long sales pitch, I was quoted 33k for full roof replacement, on a 1200 sq ft house. I finally told them I wasn't interested. So they then left to "call their boss".
