Had victor’s over for an estimate. Although the worker was nice and thorough, the price was astronomical. They claim to have a superior quality to some of the competitors, but they quoted over double the two other quotes I received. No matter how good it is, that difference is ridiculous. It also felt like the salesman was trying to strong arm us into a purchase, knowing we were getting other estimates. Was unhappy by the end of the visit.

Savannah, thank you for your feedback, as we take your experience seriously and will use this to improve. We apologize for the impression this left with you, as this is definitely not the typical experience with our company. Our manager will be reaching out to personally apologize and also hopefully get some more details on how we can do better. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you, and for sharing this with us so we can make it right.

Brian visited our home to do a roof inspection, arrived on time. He was very professional, and cordial. He did a through inspection with video and photos provided He then explained all the details involved Re: replacing roof, including process and use of quality materials. Enjoyed working with Brian, and highly recommend this business!
