Dustin R explained found issues and the options thoroughly. Very pleased with the overall experience.
Steven was very polite and concerned for our situation regarding the roof. He was on time and he didn’t waste getting to the point which I appreciated so very much!! And getting the estimate for the replacement of whole roof was quick alsoThank you again!!

Truly he is an asset to your company, I hope that the rest of our experience as we have our roof done with Victors is as wonderful as it was with Dave. Thank you again!

Joe, this is not how we do business and we are deeply sorry for your experience. We hope that the personal visit from our installation manager, and our attempts to make this right by you have helped improve your impression somewhat. Please know that your feedback has been taken extraordinarily seriously and has already been used to improve our internal processes and our crews. While we never like a poor review, we thank you for taking the time to share as we continually strive to better ourselves for our customers..
