Overall this was an EXCELLENT experience from quote to installation. Very educational and informational on specifically what was wrong with my current roof and I also liked that Frank had experience as being an installer previously. At installation, the crew was timely and made sure to ask if I had any questions before starting. They worked quickly and before I knew it, my new roof was on! Everything was cleaned up and they were gone. The other critical most important piece is the communicati... Read more

The inspection was very thorough and the work needed to be done was very detailed for the crew. The team started on time and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived.

I met with Jordan W and he spent a lot of time explaining things about my roof and remedies to fix it. I feel very knowledgeable now having talked with him and he took numerous pictures showing me issues with my roof. I am still getting estimates yes but I hope I can use them for my new roof as I was really impressed with what I saw and heard. Thanks Jordan for the time spent educating me.

Victors Home Solutions gets two 5 stars from us. One for David who treated me, my wife and our home with the utmost respect. David was complete in his estimate for our roof replacement, and answered all our questions with a genuine concern for our circumstances. Our second 5 star must go to Michael for his responsiveness to all our questions throughout the bidding process. You can rest assured Victor's is the best choice for a roof replacement and David and Michael will take care of you. If you... Read more
