We found out that our vent pipes needed repair. Our shingles are still in good condition, so we chose to have the roof treatment which is guaranteed for 5 years. Victors was able to schedule a couple of weeks out. The repairs and sealant for the shingles was done in less than 2 hours. A couple of shingles were not laying flat. We were lead to beleave Victors uses there own guys and dosnt subcontract. The truth is they use one of there own guys that brings a crew of who ever. What's the difference between that and using subcontractors? Thats basicly how subcontracting works. Other than that we got a detailed estaminet by Jose.
Jose was impressively helpful in considering our roofing needs, explaining products and installation, and answering our questions. Jose went above and beyond with educating us about products that are of quality. He was professional and personable and included humor with his presentation, so much so that I almost thought of teasing him by asking him if he could go up on the roof again....lol
Quality roofing job. Happy with the way it turned out. There were issues, but they were resolved to my satisfaction. They even came back on a Saturday to rectify them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Of course, Kim! We pride ourselves on honesty and integrity - we are so blessed to have had the opportunity to make things right for you! This 5 star review has certainly left us smiling from ear to ear. We are so appreciative of you, Kim!
