The salesman was personable, courteous and knowledgeable . The office girls who call and go over the contract and set up install responded to us quickly and made sure we understood everything about the process. The crew arrived on install date on time, were professional and pleasant. The job of removal of old and installing the new was well done and one would never know they were here after clean up! I have never worked with a company who employed people as nice as Victors. From finding my problem to fixing it, the teams that came over were kind, polite, and knew what they were doing. I would not hesitate to call Victors again.

Awesome Company! Every single employee was Professional and friendly. Aron Ventura and his crew did an excellent job. They were polite, friendly, and hard working. The job site was cleaned up and everything looked like they were never there, other than having a nice new roof on our barn. Thank you Victors for a great job!

my wife had set up an appointment for a estimate for a full replacement of our roof... when Victors contacted my wife to confirm the appointment she was notified that both homeowners need to be on site... we were not made aware of this till last minute so we had to cancel...My Job doesn't allow me to be available during normal business hours...

Patrick, we hate that you had this experience with us! We definitely offer inspection appointments outside of "normal business hours" such as 6pm or weekends. We prefer to have all the homeowners involved to show all the pictures and videos of our findings during the inspection and then our recommendations - it's a lot of information and a lot of decisions, so it makes it easier on homeowners to have them both there to answer all your questions. That said, we would still be happy to set up any appointment that works for either of you if you would give us a second chance?! 🙏
