Victors was beyond professional. From Austin who helped us get the project set up, to George and his crew who completed the project same day . The job ended up being a bit more involved. Some unforseen wood replacement and a couple repairs. Still completed on time ,same day. Victor's customer service was perfect every step of the way . Despite the initial sticker shock, I am so glad Victor's did my roof.The communication from start to finish was excellent. Mike T & Vaun performed the 21 point inspection & reviewed the video with me, actually showed me some of the materials that would be used.
