I had Dakota come to my home this morning for a roof installation inspection and quote. Right off the bat he was upfront and realistic with me about the condition of my roof and worked with me to customize all of my options with regards to installing a new roof. I appreciated his approach which was focused on my needs and constraints as well as not sacrificing on the quality of the product that they planned to install. Ryan Douglas was our roof inspector, was very professional and on time, we enjoyed working with him, and would recommend him and victors home solutions to our friends and neighbors
Hi Steph! We are so thrilled that Ryan demonstrated our core values to you during your 21 Point Roof Inspection! We feel so honored that we've earned your recommendation and it was absolutely a pleasure to serve you!
Victors recently did a beautiful job re-roofing my 150 year old home. It was not an easy project as the roof is steep. The crew was cooperative and answered any questions as they arose. They all worked amazingly well together. Vlad the inspector and estimator was great to work with. He promptly responded to all questions and concerns. The whole team did a fine job. I am very appreciative. Thanks guys!
We couldn't be happier that you're appreciative of our service, because we're appreciative of YOU for this review!! Joseph, it was an honor to help take care of you and your home and we always have your back when it comes to any more future projects! So wonderful to hear from you Joseph! Rick was absolutely amazing! Incredibly professionalism, informative and easy to work with. I highly recommend Victors especially due to Rick in sales along with the roofers Antonio and his team! Antonio and his team were fantastic, they were friendly, hard-working, professional, and all-around great group of people. I live in Battle Creek, Michigan, and I can say with confidence Victors should be welcomed in the city with open arms for Roofing and gutters! My roof looks absolutely gorgeous.
Kathryn, YOU are the one that is absolutely amazing! Thank you for your kind words; it was our privilege to be able to serve you. Thank you for allowing us into your home and earning your trust.
