We had some potential roof damage from the February ice storm. I spoke with Victors about an inspection and estimate for repair/replacement. They sent someone out to us the next day. Vlad did a great job inspecting the roof and even took a high quality video to show us the state of our shingles (they were bad). He thoroughly explained his assessment and suggested next steps. We really appreciated him being honest with us and finding us an affordable solution. We look forward to working with Vlad... Read more
Gee, that storm was definitely one to remember! We are so happy that you chose to have an inspection with us, Steven, to check on the quality of your roof after the storm! It's always a fantastic idea to have a better understanding of one of the most important barriers protecting you and your home! Vlad is absolute pleasure to work with, and we're so glad that you thought so, too! We will always be here to help you with your home solutions, Steven!!
They were great to schedule an inspection with and all of my options were described with great detail. Vitalie went above and beyond to make sure my roof was good until the repair can be made.
We are absolutely honored to have earned this wonderful review, Katherine!! We appreciate you and it certainly was our pleasure to help take care of you and your home!
I am totally impressed with the Victors crew. They were very coordinated in their team work and did not waste any effort in doing a good and timely job. Totally professional. After the new roof was completed the clean up was another team effort. They worked real well together. I had to stop them from picking up tiny particles of the old roofing from the driveway. I will highly recommend Victors to anyone I know is in need of a new roof.
My wife and I are very appreciative of the suggestion... Read more

Very thorough inspection (they went into the attic, too), took pictures, and explained everything to us in language that we could easily understand.
Thank you so much for this spectacular review and sharing your experience with us! We're "Built On Integrity", and doing things such as accessing your attic, inspecting your roof with an expert who takes photos and videos, and making sure that YOU understand exactly what your roof is trying to tell us, is our second nature!
