I reached out to this company for an estimate on a roof, after a complete inspection, it was determined that only installation was needed at the time. The representative was extremely professional and explained everything in grave detail. The day of installation, the installer was on time, professional, and finished the job within the time frame provided to me. He cleaned up behind himself and put everything back the way he found it. I'm not sure of how much money I will save with having new ins... Read more

Everyone with the company is very welcoming and patient with your roof needs. I had a delay due to my insurance company, they were ready to start when I was not the other way around. Very fast with the installation.

Overall we are happy with the service. My biggest concern was the amount of nails left on the ground after completion. I understand that with snow on the ground that some will get stuck in the ground and I am fine with that. However, the amount of nails that I picked up myself after the snow melted I feel was unacceptable. We have 2 dogs that are constantly in the yard. If you can't clean them up effectively you shouldn't do the job in winter. After a call to the office the situation was resolve... Read more

Hi Melissa! We are so pleased to hear that you and your husband were happy with our services for your gorgeous roof! As dog lovers ourselves, we totally understand and share your concern of any objects left on the ground that might come in contact with our precious pups! The snow on the ground definitely provided an opportunity for hidden objects, and we're so happy that you brought this to our attention so we could come back out and make things right for you, your family, and your amazing pups! We always pride ourselves on integrity here at Victors Home Solutions, and you'll always be a part of our family if you need our help in the future!
