5/5
Vlad was the salesman I used and he was extremely professional and thorough in all explanations. Very easy to work with, as was everyone I spoke with at Victor's. They were all so courteous and easy to talk to. As for the crews that came to my house, they were on time for everything and clean up was impeccable! I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone for all things roofing! And I mean, come on, they even sent me cookies as a thank you!

James! The best part for you was the "thank you" cookies and the fantastic experience, but the BEST part for US is reading this review! Vlad always vows to vividly vocalize every aspect of your roof and we're SUPER THANKFUL to have him welcome you to our family! We always pride ourselves on a thorough job well done, and we'll ALWAYS be here for you and any future projects you might have, James! We appreciate you and your fantastic business!

We had a good experience with Victor’s. Jose was a great salesman educating us and answering all of our questions. He also came back a second time with more samples after we changed our mind on the shingle color. He even took calls on his days off to update the contract. Great service! The day of the crew worked quickly and tried their best to keep the work clean. The caulking was especially precise! We found a few nails in our garage but knew to sweep before pulling ours cars in.
