The Company responded with a next day appointment, no two hour window. Vlad Smolyanov was exactly on time! He was also professional and efficient. He provided a detailed explanation with the issues impacting my roof and ventilation including photos and video. He did not oversell my solution options. I trusted him so much that I immediately booked the needed ventilation repair. And added a partial roof replacement. Thank you Vlad and Victors Roofing. Still happy following the install!
