We recently had our roof replaced by Victor's Roofing. I could not be more impressed with the entire process. Jose (whose beard is epic) did the initial inspection. He was so thorough, and explained what he found and what the installation would entail so well, that I was very confident that we were making a good choice for our house. These personal shout-outs are AMAZING victory moments to celebrate with our team and we couldn't appreciate you more! THANK YOU!
Vlad completed a roof inspection for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate how kind and truthful he was. His customer service skills are exceptional. I would highly recommend him and the company overall.
Victors guys did a really good job on our roof. They were fast and clean. My complaint is with the color of the shingles, they should have matched the shingles from the front of the house that were installed a year or so ago due to a leak. We gave the sales guy a spare shingle from the front to match, we feel they made a poor choice. We should have asked to see the shingle to compare ourself. Buyer beware.
We worked with Gavin, who helped walk us through the whole roofing process. The experience exceeded our expectations and look forward to a new roof! He was honest about the inspection, the life of our current roof and gave us lots of options.
