Wonderful no high pressure selling. Very knowledgeable. Was kept informed every step. The communication between myself and the company was fantastic. I can’t say enough about the professional work that they did. Everything was cleaned up nice and neat.
Clear and consistent communication about a home improvement project as important as your roof is essential, isn’t it?! We’re so happy to hear your experience with us was worthy of 5 Stars ⭐️ from start to finish, Ramona! Thank you for choosing Victors Home Solutions and for being our customer!
Albert was very professional, he was also very thorough in his assessment of the damage to our roof, he explained our options clearly, and most off we experienced no pressure even tho the damage was severe. However his quote to replace my roof completely was way more then twice the price quotes that I had received from 4 other contractors, and one of them was for a steel roof, your quote of 20,800 was way out of line, the highest price I received was for the steel roof of 10,500. These guys did an awsome job!!!the crew leader was awesome his name is Leo and his crew is fantastic definitely recommend to who ever need a roof done !!!!5stars in my book good job guys .
Victor's did a great job repairing my roof. I called them after I noticed a leak. They came and did a free consultation and estimate with an excellent service representative. Albert was very professional and friendly. He explained what was going on with my roof and told me my options. He was very honest and said Victor's prided themselves on their integrity. It has rained several times now and the leak is no longer leaking!
Wow thanks for the awesome review, Dillon - you even included the pictures from the inspection?! We do pride ourselves on our integrity, which is why we always share our findings with homeowners before we share our recommendations. Thank you for trusting your home with us - and Albert! We love employee shout-outs and are proud to share them with the whole team, too. Thanks for being such an awesome Victors Home Solutions customer!
