I called today requesting a quote for a new skylight installation. I was told that they do not do that without a roof replacement (which is completely understandable by itself). But instead of telling me that this is a common service that other companies provide, they proceeded to tell me that it was common practice to replace a roof with a new skylight install, and booked me for a 90min in home consultation/estimate with the understanding that I should replace the entire roof. Our philosophy is that it would be unethical to quote any skylight replacement or installation without first inspecting the integrity and longevity of your roof. Any weaknesses there would only result in further or bigger problems later with your skylights. Chris our Sales person inspected, took pictures, he took care of all, after installation, a short wave radio cord was mistakenly cut, the company sent Alex , he came checked it out, we bought new cord, Alex came back connected it, the company is sending our cost to us. My home evaluation was thorough and well explained. I was kept informed of the timing for arrival of equipment. The crew arrived on time and never stopped working! They did not play loud music. They concentrated on their job. They protected my home and landscaping. They briefly stopped so I could get out to walk my dog. Crew chief brought them lunch. Project was completed in a day! Clean up was exemplary and I’m very particular. I highly recommend! Well worth the expense!
