Victor Roofing is like no other roofing company I have encountered. From the initial assessment, through the planning, installation and post installation the process was a breeze and satisfying.

We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors.
I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing.

Wow Scott! Thank you for recommending Victors & sharing such a thoughtful review about your roof replacement on your house & garage! We are so happy that you're impressed with the workmanship, premium materials, & warranty. But we hate it wasn't a 5 Star experience over all with everything. Our Install Manager has reached out and we hope we can improve in your eyes, Scott, because your opinion matters to us. Thank you again for taking the time to share all of this with us - it helps us do better!
From the initial consultation to the repair and the follow up calls they made, everyone at Victors was professional and courteous. The repairman explained everything he did and they shared photos after. I would happily recommend them.
Excellent quality of work and very fast service. However, there were cost overruns on the project (needed 3x as many boards as estimated) and the roofers had to remove my gutter guards which was not discussed in advance. Expressed concerns to customer service after the project was completed and there was no substantive response.
Yuri, thank you for your review & we are happy to hear the quality and timeliness were exceptional! However, we hate that you feel you didn't get a response to your concerns about the project cost. Even when we look in your attic, we can't always tell the state of the wood underneath. Rather than overcharge you up front for possibilities, we do our best to give you an accurate estimate up front; unfortunately we ran into some unexpected issues here, and we apologize for that. Our Installation Manager is contacting you to address all of your concerns, Yuri. We value you as our customer and hope to make things right by you! Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience and your feedback!
I had a ridge vent replacement. I put a remote thermometer in the attic to monitor the heat and it's working. Thank you so much
